- 1 large fryer
- 2 stalks celery, cut in pieces
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- parsley
- green onion
- salt and pepper
- 3 large potatoes, cubed
- 4 carrots, medium-sliced
- 1 1/2 c. dried corkscrew noodles
Directions

1Boil fryer in about 2 quarts of water with celery, onion, parsley, green onion and seasonings.

2Do not overcook.

3Remove chicken, debone and set aside.

4Strain broth.

5Place broth back in pot and add potatoes, carrots and corkscrew noodles.

6Cook until vegetables and noodles are done.

7Add deboned chicken, season to taste and serve.
