Ingredients

  • 2 small broilers (2 1/2 lb. each)
  • 4 (16 oz.) cans cream-style corn
  • 4 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
  • 3 small onions
  • margarine, salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. stew beef
  • 2 carrots, chopped 1/2-inch
  • 2 potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 small can mushrooms, do not drain
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (puree)
  • olive oil
  • water
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Mix flour, salt and pepper.

    Add curry powder.

    Roll beef in mixture.

    Brown in small amount of olive oil.

    Add all ingredients to crock-pot.

    Stir and add enough water to barely cover.
