- 2 small broilers (2 1/2 lb. each)
- 4 (16 oz.) cans cream-style corn
- 4 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
- 3 small onions
- margarine, salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. stew beef
- 2 carrots, chopped 1/2-inch
- 2 potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 small can mushrooms, do not drain
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (puree)
- olive oil
- water
- 1/2 c. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. curry powder
Directions

1Mix flour, salt and pepper.

2Add curry powder.

3Roll beef in mixture.

4Brown in small amount of olive oil.

5Add all ingredients to crock-pot.

6Stir and add enough water to barely cover.
