- 1 stewing chicken
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium onion
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 c. long grain rice
- 1 stalk celery
Directions

1Combine chicken, sausage, onion and celery.

2Cook until chicken falls off bone.

3Debone and return to broth (2 to 3 cups). Add margarine, salt, pepper and rice.

4Cook until rice is plumped.

5Add cream of chicken soup; simmer for 20 minutes or until thickened.
