  • 1/2 lb Cremini Mushrooms
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 c Onion
  • 1/2 c Marsala Wine
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1.5 c Chicken Broth
  • 1 c Baby Carrots
  • 1 c Frozen Peas
  • 1 c Potato (diced)

Directions

    Brown chicken pieces in olive oil. Add mushrooms, garlic, and onions.
