- 2 lb. chicken strips
- 1/2 c. flour
- salt and pepper
- vegetable oil
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- garlic powder
Directions

1Shake chicken strips, flour, salt and pepper in a bag.

2Brown in oil and drain.

3Combine 2 cups hot water, chicken bouillon cubes and 2 sticks butter.

4Add to strips.

5Simmer strips in uncovered pan for 25 minutes.

6During the last 15 minutes, add 1/2 cup wine and garlic powder.
