- 1 lb. boneless chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 can tomato soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. mushroom pieces with juice (optional)
- 1 pkg. smallest egg noodles
- salt
- pepper
- garlic
Directions

1Brown chicken in 1 tablespoon margarine.

2Add soup and sour cream slowly until well blended, then add mushroom pieces with juice.

3Season with salt, pepper and garlic to taste.

4Simmer 20 to 30 minutes.

5Serve over cooked noodles.
