- 1 pkg. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. sour cream
- noodles
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can chicken broth
Directions

1Cut chicken into bite size pieces; dust with flour and a dash of salt.

2Brown in butter in a skillet large enough to accommodate all ingredients.

3When nicely browned, add mushrooms, onions, garlic and chicken broth.

4Cook slowly on low heat, uncovered, for 30 minutes.

5Cool for 5 minutes.

6Stir in sour cream.

7Serve over noodles.
