  • 34 cup onion, chopped
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 18 ounces chicken pieces, cooked
  • 1 -8 ounce plain low-fat yogurt
  • 4 ounces light sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 12 teaspoons paprika
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper
  • 16 ounces egg noodles, cooked

    Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray.

    Saute onion and mushrooms in olive oil.

    Add cooked chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes or till warm.

    In a small bowl mix yogurt, sour cream, flour, paprika and salt.

    Stir in yogurt mixture and cook until slightly thickened and bubbly.

    Serve over hot noodles.
