- 34 cup onion, chopped
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 18 ounces chicken pieces, cooked
- 1 -8 ounce plain low-fat yogurt
- 4 ounces light sour cream
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 12 teaspoons paprika
- 14 teaspoon salt
- black pepper
- 16 ounces egg noodles, cooked
Directions

1Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray.

2Saute onion and mushrooms in olive oil.

3Add cooked chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes or till warm.

4In a small bowl mix yogurt, sour cream, flour, paprika and salt.

5Stir in yogurt mixture and cook until slightly thickened and bubbly.

6Serve over hot noodles.
