- 4 to 5 boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. canned chicken
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley
- fresh cooked rice
Directions

2Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet over medium-high heat.
