  • 4 to 5 boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. canned chicken
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c. fresh parsley
  • fresh cooked rice
