Chicken Stuffing Casserole

  • 6 - 8 boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 - 8 slices of any type cheese
  • 1 can cream o chicken soup
  • 1/4 C. dry white wine
  • 1 1/2 to 2 C. stuffing mix
  • 1/2 Cup melted margarine

Directions

    Place chicken breasts in bottom of casserole dish.

    Place one slice of cheese on top of each breast, or sprinkle with shredded cheese.

    Pour soup and wine over top of chicken.

    Combine stuffing mix and margarine.
  5. 5
    Sprinkle on top.

    Bake 350 degrees for 55 - 60 minutes.
