- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 oz. slivered almonds
- 3 egg whites
Directions

1Combine bread crumbs, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic and almonds.

2Dip chicken in egg whites and then roll in bread crumb mixture.

3Arrange in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and sprinkle with a few slivered almonds.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
