  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. chopped beef
  • 6 or 8 boned chicken breasts
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Wrap each chicken breast in a slice of bacon.

    Mix together the sour cream and soup.

    Pour over the chicken.

    Line bottom of casserole dish with chipped beef, broken into pieces.

    Cover with foil and bake at 275° for 3 hours.

    Baste at end of 2 hours.
