  • 8 chicken breasts, halved, boned and skinned
  • 8 strips bacon
  • 1 jar dried beef
  • 1 can asparagus spears
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can Campbell's mushroom soup

Directions

    Line casserole with dried beef.

    Wrap asparagus in 1/2 boned chicken breast, then wrap with a bacon strip.

    Place in casserole the salt, pepper, dash of nutmeg, parsley flakes and dash of marjoram.

    Mix together the soup and sour cream; pour over chicken breasts.

    Place in a 300° oven for 3 hours, or until done.

    (Dash of sherry adds to taste in sauce.)
