- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 fryer (or all chicken breasts if desired, 6 or 8)
- onion soup
Directions

1In a 9 x 12-inch baking pan, greased, layer uncooked rice. Combine in a separate pan the mushroom soup, celery soup and milk. Heat and pour over uncooked rice.

2Then place uncooked chicken pieces from 1 entire fryer or use all chicken breasts.

3Sprinkle onion soup on top of uncooked chicken.

4Cover with foil and bake at 325° for 1 hour or until well done.

5Depending on your oven you may not want to remove cover.

6But chicken gets nice and crispy if uncovered.

7Toss a salad, make coffee and dinner is served.
