- 1- 1/2 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 15 ounces, weight Frozen Broccoli Florets
- 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Condensed Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Mayonnaise Or Miracle Whip
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons Curry Powder
- 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Garlic Salt, to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Cut raw chicken into bite-size pieces.

3Heat olive oil in a large skillet, and add chicken.

4While cooking, sprinkle garlic salt over the chicken.

5Continue cooking chicken until all pieces are done.

6Drain any excess water or oil from the pan.

7While chicken is cooking, mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder in a medium bowl.

8Mix chicken and broccoli together in a large casserole dish.

9Pour sauce over the top and sprinkle cheddar cheese all over the top of the dish.

10Cook for 35-40 minutes.

11Serve over rice.
