- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1 c. long grain rice or wild rice (do not use Minute rice)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 can water
- 6 to 8 chicken breasts or pieces of chicken
Directions

1Wash rice and place in melted butter in an oblong baking dish. Spread over bottom of dish.

2Take 1/2 can of each of the soups and mix with the 3/4 can of water.

3Pour over rice.

4Place chicken pieces in casserole on top of rice and soup mixture.

5Mix the other 1/2 can of each of the 3 soups together (no water added) and pour over chicken.

6Bake 2 1/2 hours at 275°.
