  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
  • 1 cut-up chicken and 2 or 3 breasts
  • pepper and seasoned salt

Directions

    Combine soup, rice and water; mix well in casserole dish. Place chicken on top of mixture.

    Season chicken with pepper and seasoned salt.

    Cut up oleo and place on top of chicken.

    Cook uncovered about 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325° to 350°.
