  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Saltine crackers

Directions

    Boil and debone chicken and cut into pieces.

    Crush enough crackers to fill bottom of Pyrex dish.
  3. 3
    Layer crackers, chicken and sliced water chestnuts and cover with remaining ingredients that you have mixed together to create a sauce. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
