- 1 (3 lb.) chicken
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- onion to taste
- 1 (10 oz.) can mild enchilada sauce
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Boil chicken until meat comes away from the bone easily.

2Save 1 cup of the broth. Combine broken chicken pieces, soups, sauce and onion.

3Heat until hot.

4While heating, put a layer of tortilla chips in baking dish.

5Pour taco stuff over chips.

6Add another layer of chips.

7Cover with shredded cheese of choice. Pour chicken broth over this.

8Cover with lid or aluminum foil. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.
