  • 1 c. finely chopped tomatoes

  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. each: cumin, chili powder and oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 doz. 6-inch corn tortillas
  • shredded lettuce
  • guacamole
  • sour cream
