- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- pepper
- chicken pieces
Directions

1Combine all but the chicken in a small pan and bring to boil. Pour over chicken pieces and marinate 2 hours or longer in refrigerator.

2You may grill chicken outdoors or bake in oven.

3Use sauce to baste.

4Bake at 350° for about an hour.

5You can also use this sauce to marinate steaks.
