- fresh ginger, grated (to taste)
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Cut chicken into small pieces and place in pan.

2Grate fresh ginger over chicken.

3Mix soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper.

4Pour mixture over chicken and marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
