Chicken Teriyaki Chunks

  • 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. ginger
  • minced garlic to taste (I use 2 Tbsp.)
  • 1 c. wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • oil (a little for frying)
  • sesame seed (if desired)

Directions

    Mix together soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic.

    Simmer in saucepan.

    Cut chicken into 1-inch chunks.

    Dip chicken in beaten egg, then dip chicken into flour.

    Fry the coated chicken nuggets in oil until browned.

    Dip chicken nuggets into soy sauce mixture, then bake them in 325° oven for 20 minutes.

    Sprinkle chicken with sesame seed, if desired.

    Serve with rice and whatever sauce remains.
