  • 1 whole chicken
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can ripe olives (pitted)
  • 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 small jar pimientos
  • 1 lb. spaghetti noodles
  • salt and pepper

    Cook chicken and take meat off bone.

    Save broth.

    In skillet fry 3 slices bacon which have been cut into pieces; fry until brown.

    Add green pepper (cut fine) and onion (cut fine) and saute until tender.

    To this add mushrooms, soup, olives, cheese and pimientos.

    Cook noodles in chicken broth.

    Add all together. Salt and pepper and serve.
