- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 c. cooked chicken, taken off bones and chunked
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked spaghetti noodles, broken in pieces
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 1/2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Saute onions and celery in butter in 3-quart saucepan.

2Place layer of chicken over onion mixture, then add noodles.

3Combine liquids and spices and pour over noodles.

4Cover and bring to boil.

5Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until noodles are tender.

6May garnish with Parmesan cheese.
