  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup of chopped onion
  • 4 cups of chopped broccoli
  • 12 cup Bisquick
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400F.

    Cook chicken and chop into cubes.

    Sprinkle chicken, onion, broccoli and cheese in to a greased pie pan.

    Mix Bisquick, salt, pepper, eggs in a bowl ensuring all lumps are out.

    Pour mixture into pie pan on top of ingredients.

    Bake at 400F for 30-35 minutes, top with more cheese if you wish.
