- 1 lb. chicken, cooked, skinned and deboned
- 2 c. assorted fresh vegetables, chopped
- 1/2 c. white rice, uncooked
Directions

1Heat first 3 ingredients in a stockpot.

2Do not boil. Add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat. Cook until vegetables are tender.

3Serve with whole wheat rolls.
