Chicken Vegetable With Rice Soup

  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 3 qt. water
  • 1 lb. chicken, cooked, skinned and deboned
  • 2 c. assorted fresh vegetables, chopped
  • 1/2 c. white rice, uncooked

Directions

    Heat first 3 ingredients in a stockpot.

    Do not boil. Add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat. Cook until vegetables are tender.

    Serve with whole wheat rolls.

    Noodles may be used in place of rice.
