- 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 1/2 c. baby carrots, sliced lengthwise
- 1 c. frozen pearl onion, thawed
- 1/2 c. julienne peppers
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Flatten chicken to 1/2-inch thickness.

2Place each on a greased heavy piece of foil.

3Layer veggies on top of chicken. Season.

5Bake at 375° for approximately 20 minutes.
