  • 1/2 lb. chicken (boneless)
  • 2/3 c. sliced carrots
  • 1/2 c. broccoli
  • 1 medium sliced onion
  • 2 envelopes Lipton cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. hot water
  • vermicelli

Directions

    Heat oil in skillet.

    Cook chicken and vegetables, stirring constantly 5 minutes or until done. Add cup of soup blended with water.

    Bring to a boil, then simmer 5 minutes or until thick.
