- 1/2 lb. butter or margarine
- 2 medium garlic buds, peeled
- 1 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1In a small saucepan, melt the butter (careful not to burn). Add the finely chopped garlic buds and turn the heat to very low. Pound the chicken breasts until thin.
