- 1 fryer chicken
- 1 lb. wide noodles
- 1 can English peas
- 1 large jar pimentos
- 1 large can mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco
- 1/2 bottle Worcestershire
- salt and pepper for taste
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender and cut in small pieces.

2Cook noodles in chicken broth until tender.

3Cook butter, pepper, pimentos and mushrooms in a skillet until tender.

4Add Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce.

5Combine chicken, noodles, pepper mixture and English peas with enough broth for the right consistency and bring to a boil.

6This should not be soupy, but moist.
