Chicken Wild Rice

  • 2 lb. boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 c. long grain rice
  • 1 pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain rice and wild rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 cans water
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 1/4 lb. margarine, melted

Directions

    Place 2 types of rice in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour soup and water over rice mixture.

    Dip cut up chicken in melted margarine.

    Place on top of rice mixture.

    Sprinkle seasoning from Uncle Ben's rice.

    Cover with foil and bake at 325° for 1 hour. Uncover; sprinkle almonds and bake 30 minutes more.
