- 2 lb. boneless chicken thighs
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 1 pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain rice and wild rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 cans water
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1/4 lb. margarine, melted
Directions

1Place 2 types of rice in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Pour soup and water over rice mixture.

3Dip cut up chicken in melted margarine.

4Place on top of rice mixture.

5Sprinkle seasoning from Uncle Ben's rice.

6Cover with foil and bake at 325° for 1 hour. Uncover; sprinkle almonds and bake 30 minutes more.
