  • 1 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • garlic salt
  • 5 lb. chicken wings

Directions

    Mix ingredients and pour over wings in shallow Pyrex. (Mixture should cover wings.)

    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cook in same container with foil covering at 350° for 1 hour. Uncover and turn wings.

    Leave uncovered and bake 1/2 hour more.
