- 5 pounds Frozen Wing Flings (wingettes)
- 3 ounces, fluid Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
Directions

1Buy a 5lb bag of frozen wing flings (also called wingettes, about 25 pieces).

2Do not defrost.

3Just place the frozen wing flings in a disposable aluminum roasting pan (buy a big enough size that the wing flings with lay flat on the whole thing).

4Combine the soy sauce, ginger, garlic and brown sugar and pour it over the wing flings.

5Toss to coat.

6If the wing flings are laying flat there should be no need to mix or baste during cooking.

7Place in a 35o degree oven, uncovered for 2 1/2 hours.

8Watch that it does not dry out.

9They should not be watery, if they are increase the oven temperature and let the water evaporate.

10The wing flings should be coated with the soy sauce mixture.

11Delicious.
