  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 drops Tabasco

    Pat dry on paper towel.

    Combine remaining ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Arrange wings in single layer in marinade.

    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

    Bake, uncovered, in 375° oven until tender, 30 to 40 minutes.
