  • 2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Directions

    Separate chicken wings at joints.

    Cut off wing tips.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

    Cover and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.

    Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Place chicken in baking dish. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes, brushing occasionally with marinade.

    Turn chicken and bake an additional 30 minutes, occasionally brushing, until done.
