  • 2 lb. chicken wings (or more)
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 4 small garlic cloves or 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ginger

Directions

    In a bowl mix all ingredients except chicken wings thoroughly. Cut off tip of chicken wings; cut wings in two parts.

    Add to sauce the chicken wings and marinate overnight.

    On a foil-covered cookie sheet, place wings and bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
