  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Mix thoroughly (an eggbeater works well).

    Marinate wings overnight.

    If you choose to serve as an entree, you will need approximately 8 chicken wings per person. Heat oven to 400°.

    Place wings on broiler pan sprayed with nonstick cooking oil.

    Bake for 30 minutes; check often and turn if necessary.
