- 3 lbs. chicken wings
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
Directions

1Place chicken wings on a broiler pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350°. Combine dry ingredients in a saucepan. Stir in liquids. Cook, stirring constantly until thick, then boil 2 minutes. Remove wings from oven and brush with sauce and return to oven. Bake an additional 40 minutes, basting wings with sauce several times and turning each time you baste.
