  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1/4 c. Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. asparagus

    On waxed paper, coat chicken with flour.

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    In skillet, heat salad oil.

    Cook chicken pieces until light brown.
