- 4 chicken breasts, with bones
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 12 teaspoon onion salt
- 12 cup rice
Directions

1Melt butter in Dutch oven on top of stove.

2Put in chicken and sprinkle with salt.

3Add 1/2 cup water.

4Cover and let steam for about 30 minutes, adding 1/2 cups of water at a time as needed.

5Before chicken is quite done, add rice.

6Continue cooking slowly, adding water as needed until chicken is tender, about 1 hour.
