  • 2 cup Water
  • 2 cup Instant Brown Rice
  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Light Ranch Dressing
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 4 cup small broccoli florets (about 1 bunch)
  • 1 pinch of peprika
  • 1 dash of blk pepper

Directions

    Combine water and rice on medium warm; let stand 5 min.Does not have to be fully cooked but you dont want the rice hard so check on it.

    Spoon onto centers of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil.

    Normally I lay the rice and then chicken right on top of pile.

    Work the spices into the chicken.

    Top with all your remaining ingredients.

    Bring up foil sides.

    Double fold top and both ends to seal each packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.

    Place in 15x10x1-inch pan.

    Bake 25 to 30 min.

    You might wanna open up and check at 20min...make a few cuts in the chicken and reseal.

    Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening each packet.
