Ingredients

  • 2 onions
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp ground coriander
  • 2 can chickpeas (400g can)
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes (400g can)
  • 1 tsp garam masala

Directions

    slice and dice the onions finely.

    crush the garlic

    heat oil in a pan/skillet then add the garlic and onion and fry until soft.

    add the chilli powder, salt, turmeric, paprika, cumin, and coriander to the pan and stir continuously for a minute.

    drain the chickpeas and add to the pan.

    add the chopped tomatoes and stir until combined.

    cover on a low heat for 20 minutes.

    add garam masala and stir.

    Cover and cook for a further 10 minutes.
