  • 2 (16 ounce) cans chickpeas
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 12 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 12 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 12 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

    Mix all vegetables in a large bowl.

    Mix dressing ingredients and pour over the vegetables.
