- 1 lb. can chickpeas
- 6 Tbsp. tahini
- 1/3 c. lemon concentrate or juice of 2 lemons
- 1/2 clove fresh garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Reserve the liquid from chickpeas.

2Cover peas with water and boil 5 minutes.

3Drain water.

4Place garlic and lemon juice in blender.

5Process until garlic is liquid.

6Add tahini.

7Blend until smooth.

8Add chickpeas and blend until smooth.

9Salt to taste.

10Spoon onto platter.

11Sprinkle with paprika.
