- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 8 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. corn oil
- 2 tsp. flavoring (we recommend black walnuts)
- 8 egg whites
- 1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions

1Sift the first 4 ingredients together 3 times and set aside. Mix the next 4 ingredients and set aside.

2Beat egg whites and cream of tartar.

3Mix all ingredients together and bake 55 minutes in an angel food cake pan.
