- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup prepared Mexican salsa (with chilies)
- 1 lg. breast of chicken, previously cooked, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded fresh cheese
- 1 lg. onion, cut into rings
- Vegetable oil
Directions

1Cut the tortilla in squares; fry in vegetable oil.

2When fried, let stand on paper towel to dry the excess oil.

3Heat the salsa.

4When hot, add the fried tortilla and the chicken strips.

5Cook one or two minutes only to warm the ingredients.

6Then serve and adorn with cream, onions and cheese.
