  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup prepared Mexican salsa (with chilies)
  • 1 lg. breast of chicken, previously cooked, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded fresh cheese
  • 1 lg. onion, cut into rings
  • Vegetable oil

Directions

    Cut the tortilla in squares; fry in vegetable oil.

    When fried, let stand on paper towel to dry the excess oil.

    Heat the salsa.

    When hot, add the fried tortilla and the chicken strips.

    Cook one or two minutes only to warm the ingredients.

    Then serve and adorn with cream, onions and cheese.
