- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (15 oz.) can Las Palmas enchilada sauce
- 1/4 chopped onion
Directions

1Cut up tortillas in triangle shapes; deep fry them until golden brown.

2Drain out the oil; pour in chopped onion and mix until onion is well cooked.

3Then mix the cheese into the chilaquiles.

4When serving, sprinkle more cheese on top.
