- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. Bisquick
Directions

1Spread chiles in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Spread cheese over chiles.

3Beat eggs, milk, salt and Bisquick until smooth. Pour over chiles and cheese.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Cut into squares.
