- 3/4 pound Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3/4 pound Monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 can Evaporated milk
- 4 Eggs, separated
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 16 ounces Tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper, To taste
- 1 pound Ground beef, optional
- 1 package Taco seasoning mix, optional

11. Flatten chiles

22. Place half of chiles in bottom of 9x13 casserole dish
